There is, alas, no known tape.

There is a chance one was made, though, since Bear was still with the band & he taped every show he went to. You can try emailing Lemieux at the Vault to see if it's in there.

The setlist for June 11, 1969 came from someone that Dennis McNally found who went to shows back in the day and wrote down all the setlists. I think her name was Judy, but bless her whoever she was. However, the fact that there's a list is no indication that there was ever a tape.

Judy Dawson. I've always wondered how many shows she wrote setlists for... You'd have to be a pretty hard-core fan in 1969 to go to Bobby Ace/Hartbeats shows & write down the songs.
And yet, there are any number of early-'69 San Francisco shows with no known setlist or anything.
